Who we are
We're Dmitry and Anna — a husband-and-wife team living in Mangere, South Auckland. Dmitry is an engineer and a highly skilled mechanic. Anna handles bookings and makes sure every customer gets a straight answer and a fair deal.
When you book with us, you're not dealing with a big company or a random contractor. You're talking to the people who will show up at your door.
Why we started
Like a lot of Auckland drivers, we'd had enough of bad workshop experiences — hours in waiting rooms, bills that didn't match the quote, and mechanics people simply didn't trust. Friends and neighbours kept saying the same things.
We started Oil Pro to do it properly: come to you, explain what's going on, charge fairly, and treat your car like it's our own.
South Auckland — our home
We're based in Mangere and serve South Auckland and wider Auckland — Manukau, Papakura, Ōtāhuhu, Māngere East, and surrounding suburbs. Being local means we know the area and we're never far when you need help.
What we do
Oil changes and routine servicing are our bread and butter — but we're always ready to help with more:

- ✓ Emergencies — car won't start, flat tyre, breakdown on the road
- ✓ Diagnostics — find the real cause before you spend at a workshop
- ✓ Driveway repairs — brake pads, battery replacement, and other jobs we can do on-site
Call-out fee — $50
When we come to you, there's a $50 call-out fee. If we can't complete the repair on the spot, you only pay the call-out — any further work is quoted upfront before we start.
